The background story: This NAIDOC Week we reflect on all the amazing things our old people have done, and continue to do for our family, and communities. We acknowledge their lifelong struggles whilst trying to protect us, our land, and our culture. Life has been much harder for them, so we pay our respects and show appreciation. Our knowledge holders, our elder’s, are the gateway to our past, present & future.
Let’s lift them up, love and celebrate them, FOR OUR ELDERS are our local and national treasures!
